What Is Biomechanics-Based Training?
Biomechanics is simply the study of how your body moves — and more importantly, why it moves the way it does.
Every body has a story. The way you stand and hold yourself at rest. How your joints load when you lift. Where you brace, grip, or guard without realizing it. How your breath shapes your posture and your pain. These aren't random — they're patterns. And patterns can be understood.
We start by looking at the full picture — your posture, alignment, breath, tension, and compensation patterns.
Then we get to work. Through specific breathing techniques, intentional postures, targeted foam rolling, and nervous system practices, we begin to unwind what we find — helping your body feel safe enough to release, reset, and move the way it was designed to.
