Each training session is 50-60 minutes of customized training based on your goals and physical abilities. I see all of my clients at Pacific Edge Climbing Gym or Swift St Fitness.
$165 per session or $145 for 10 sessions.

1:1 - HOME
Customized in-home training sessions. I’ll bring the weights and programming to you.
$185 per session or $165 for 10 sessions.

Before I create your custom program and schedule your sessions I do a complete full-body physical assessment.
In addition, we’ll be covering your mindset and personal goals around your movement to ensure you have a meaningful training session and feel supported between sessions.
