Join my small group coaching class that has other individuals who will keep you accountable, and is lead by a professional coach who will keep all those little things about you in mind, so that you get the results you want.

Details:

  • Time: Tuesday/ Thursdays

    • 7am —Functional Training for all ages and genders

    • 6pm —Functional Training for adult women

  • Location: Swift St Fitness
