Challenge Outline
Begin the challenge by setting yourself up for success:
Download the “I am” application to your phone here on apple or google play. It is located in the App Store.
In your phone settings:
Put a 30 min time limit on all your social media
Put a time limit for all apps to turn off an hour before bed time
Turn off all social media notifications
Go through your social media mute or unfollow anything that doesn't serve you
On a sticky note write one thing that you hope to accomplish in the near future and put it on your bathroom mirror. For example, “gain confidence in my body and mind, get into a meditation practice, eat vegetables daily.”
Day to day activities
Whenever you remember to breath, take three deep belly breaths
One meal a day without any electronics. Smell you food first and then taste your food by chewing your food throughly.
Eat vegetables daily
Eat on a more consistent schedule including breakfast daily!
Pick a time to walk or sit outside 2x/week even if it is just 10 min
Get a water bottle, fill it and drink it throughout the day. Set a remainder in your phone if you find that helpful!
