  • 15-minute walk - must be outside.

  • Reading a personal development book - 10 pages.

Stay Consistent

Put these daily rituals in your calendar, set your phone alarms, and/or print and place them on your bathroom mirror as a constant reminder. After you complete each one - check it off your list and celebrate.
