How to select a meal plan

There are so many diets and meal plans out there it is hard to know which one is for you. It is important to know that although a meal plan works for one person it might not work for you.

Finding what foods make you feel good through trial and error is the best way to find out what a healthy diet looks like for you as an individual. Food & diet varies person to person.

An easy way to start eating healthier:

1) Add serving of veggies to each meal

2) Eat fruit daily

3) Eat whole foods (as in foods that are minimally processed)

4) Haver a protein, carbohydrate & fat source at each meal

If you have food sensitivities or irregular digestion making sure that you are eating foods that work for your body is important. Through holistic nutrition you can find what works for you, but if you have severe digestive issues I would recommend seeking help from a licensed dietician or naturopath that is able to help you figure out what is going on.
