Egg McMuffin

Egg McMuffin (1 serving)

1 english muffin

Butter

1 slice provolone cheese

1 egg 

¼ cup egg whites

Instructions

  1. Toast English muffin then add cheese and under broiler melt it onto bread. 

  2. In a frying pan add a little butter egg and egg whites mix together and fry

  3. Top english muffin with egg & serve
